2025/2026 UCH School of Occupational Health Nursing Application Form Out

The School of Occupational Health Nursing, University College Hospital (UCH), Ibadan, has commence the sales of application form into its Occupational Health Nursing Programme.

 Criteria

Applicants must:

• Be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a current Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) practising licence.

• Possess five (5) O’Level credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, obtained in not more than two sittings.

• Accepted examination bodies include WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB.

  
  
  

Procedure

Interested candidates should:

1. Visit portal.uch-ibadan.org.ng.

2. Download the Applicant User Guide from the portal.

3. Complete and submit the application online.

4. Pay a ₦20,000 application fee via Remita to the UCH TSA Account for the School of Occupational Health Nursing.

5. Convert the Remita payment slip to an official receipt at the UCH Accounts Department.

6. Print two copies of the completed application form and photocard for authentication at the School.
