The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has announced that the 2026 UTME mop-up examination will take place on Saturday, June 13, 2026. This examination is strictly for candidates who were successfully biometrically verified during the main UTME but were unable to sit for the exam due to verified technical issues or had their results withdrawn.
Eligible candidates will be able to reprint their Examination Notification Slips starting from June 6, 2026. Only those officially identified and notified by JAMB, particularly those affected by technical faults at their centers or issues related to their results will be permitted to participate in the mop-up exercise.
JAMB has clearly stated that this mop-up examination marks the final phase of the 2026 UTME. No further opportunities will be provided after this exercise.
Candidates who experienced system failures or biometric verification challenges are advised to regularly check their JAMB profiles and email accounts for updates. Once slip reprinting begins, they should visit the official JAMB portal to print their examination details.
