The Nigeria Maritime University, Okerenkoko hereby invites candidates who made the University their First Choice in the 2026/2027 JAMB Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) to apply.
METHOD
OF APPLICATION
Eligible candidates should pay a non-refundable fee of ₦2,000.00 (Two Thousand Naira only) via the University portal.

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS
- Visit the University website: https://www.nmu.edu.ng
- Select Admissions Portal
- Select Applicant (New to create Profile – UTME)
- Login with your email and password
- Click on MAKE PAYMENT NOW with an Interswitch
payment
- After successful payment, return to the portal and
click on Register
- Fill all required fields and upload required documents
- Preview and submit screening exercise slip
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidates must have a minimum of 150 in UTME (JAMB)
- Candidates must have at least five (5) O’ Level
credits in relevant subjects and should not be more than two (2)
sittings
- Candidates must upload their O’ Level results
- Candidates are required to fill out the Bio-Data
form correctly online
NOTE
No candidate is required to upload
passport photograph or biometrics.
There will be no physical screening exercise for admission. However,
foreign and direct entry candidates are encouraged to visit the Post-UTME
Screening Exercise portal.
