Lagos State University of Science and Technology has invited all eligible candidates of Lagos State origin who scored 195 and above in the 2026 UTME to participate in the State of Origin Verification Exercise (SOVE) for the 2026/2027 admission session.
Eligibility
Candidates must:
- Be indigenes of Lagos State
- Choose LASUSTECH as First Choice in the 2026 UTME
- Score at least 195

- Starts: Wednesday, 20 May 2026
- Closes: Friday, 12 June 2026

Verification Interview Dates
- Wednesday, 17 June 2026 – Friday, 19 June 2026
- Each candidate’s interview date will appear on the application form.
Application Fee
- ₦10,000 only
- Payment must be made through the official SOVE portal.
Important Notes
- Candidates must be cleared by the State of Origin Verification Committee (SOVC) before taking part in the Post-UTME screening.
- Participation in SOVE does not guarantee admission.
- Payments made to individuals or unofficial accounts are at the candidate’s risk.
