How To Apply

• Interested applicants are to visit: pgs.fctcoezuba.edu.ng
• Form Fee is (5,600). Payable to any of the Bank e- Tranzact platform.
• Select the program your are applying for and Confirmation Code obtained from the bank
• Fill the Application Form with your personal Details and come along with all original documents and Passport photograph to finalize the application during the screening exercise.
• Your Passport Photograph must be .GIF or .JPG Format and should not be more than 200 X 200 Pixel.
• If you are undergoing a particular course of study either here or else-where you should wait to finish that course before applying for any other programme
