Post-UTME Screening 2016
Candidates who made Imo state polytechnic their choice in the last UTME registration and scored 180 and above are invited to register for the 2016 admission screening of the institution.Method of Application
All eligible candidates are required to obtain our e-transact login details from the following banks below at the cost of N7,000.00. Log on to the Polytechnic’s website (www.imopoly.edu.ng) to complete the application forms.
NOTE: You are required to furnish us with working e-mail address and phone number for further correspondences
The designated banks include:
i. Imo State Polytechnic Microfinance Bank
ii. Diamond Bank Plc, Nationwide
iii. Eco Bank Plc, Nationwide
iv. First Bank Plc, Nationwide
v. Any other Bank on e-transact platform
Screening Details
Candidates are to sit for a structured COMPUTER BASED TEST (CBT) on the dates that will be sent to them via SMS.
Candidates are expected to come to the screening venue with the following;
-A Copy of their Imo State Polytechnic Examination Photo-card
-O’ level Computer print- out
-JAMB Original Result Slip with passport photograph. If you do not have this document

b. Must have five (5) CREDITpassesat O/level at a maximum of two sittings as specified inJAMB Brochure.
c. A minimum of one (1) year
post ND cognate working experience in field of specialization for those
with a minimum of Lower Credit.
d. Please note that only candidates with Lower Credit and above are eligible to apply.
IV. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
1. HND (WEEKEND) PROGRAMMES:
a. Must have ND Statement of Result
b. Must have five (5) CREDITpasses at O/level at a maximum of two sittings as specified in JAMB Brochure.
c. A minimum of one (1) year post ND
cognate working experience in field of specialization for those
with a minimum of Lower Credit.
d. Weekend candidates are not required to sit for
POST-UTME EXAMS
V. NOTE: CANDIDATES ARE TO COME TO THE EXAMINATION HALL WITH THE FOLLOWINGS:
A Copy of their Imo State Polytechnic Examination Photo-card, O’ level Computer print- out, JAMB result Computer print- out, ND Certificate from your last School and Evidence of one year industrial attachment
